It depends on the piece and what needs to change. We look at the item and give you a real price before we start — nothing changes once you say go.

If it's a fit adjustment, it helps to note exactly what needs changing (length, waist, etc.) when you schedule. For repairs like zippers or buttons, we just need the item itself.

Most alterations are back within a few days, matched to your pickup and delivery schedule. More involved tailoring may take a little longer — we'll let you know at pickup.
